Mr. Arturo Burch

With determination to provide genuine comfort during this difficult moment in a family’s life, the E.M. Matthews Family has been charged with the solemn duty to advise all that Mr. Arturo Burch has transitioned from this life into life eternal as of Sunday, August 31, 2025 while at ECU Hospice Center in Greenville, NC. 

The heartbreaking task of planning the Life Remembering services for Mr. Burch have been finalized and will commence on Saturday, September 13, 2025 from of 11am until 12noon for moments of reflection in the E.M. Matthews Life Celebration Chapel in Goldsboro, NC. Arturo’s family will climax his Life Remembrance Celebration also on Saturday, September 13, 2025 in the E.M. Matthews Life Celebration Chapel commencing at 12noon. Final Committal Rites will follow in the Oldmill Cemetery.  As hard as it will be for Arturo’s loved ones to depart from the cemetery without him, God our Heavenly Father promised to be a comforter to all of Arturo’s family and friends. 

Guests will be received at 406 Hinson St. Goldsboro, NC during this time of mourning.
