Mr. Billie R. Wellington

In extreme sorrow, the staff of E.M. Matthews Funeral Establishment are embracing the tender hearts of the family of Mr. Billie R. Wellington. Mr. Wellington received his angelic wings on Saturday afternoon, August 24, 2024 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro, NC surrounded by his family. 

Moments of Reflection have been allotted on Wednesday evening, August 28, 2024 between the moments of 5pm and 7pm, in the Life Celebration Chapel on the premises of E.M. Matthews Funeral Est. Goldsboro, NC. During this time, family and visitors can reminisce on yesterday and embrace everlasting memories, while beginning the healing process as a result of this tremendous loss. A Service of Remembrance will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2024 also at E.M. Matthews Funeral Establishment in Goldsboro, NC. Following the formalities in the chapel, Mr. Wellington’s earthen vessel and his heartbroken family, will be escorted to Elmwood Cemetery in Goldsboro, NC for Interment Rites. 

Guests are welcomed at the residence located at 113 Sandy Circle Goldsboro, NC, where they will assemble in preparation for the Prestigious E.M Matthews Ebony Motorcade.
