Mr. Edward Melvin

In extreme sorrow, the staff of Batchelor Brothers Funeral Establishment is embracing the tender hearts of the loved ones of Mr. Edward Melvin. Mr. Melvin received his angelic wings on January 9, 2024 while resting at WakeMed Hospital in Raleigh, NC. 

A Service of Remembrance will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2023 at 12noon at The Place of Refuge Ministries in Goldsboro, NC. Moments of Reflection have been allotted on Friday evening, January 19, 2024 between the moments of 5pm and 7pm, in the Life Celebration Chapel on the premises of Batchelor Brothers Funeral Est. Goldsboro, NC. During this time, family and visitors can reminisce on yesterday and embrace everlasting memories, while beginning the healing process as a result of this tremendous loss. Following the formalities on Saturday in the sanctuary, Mr. Melvin’s earthen vessel and his heartbroken family, will be escorted to Old Mill Cemetery for Interment Rites. Goodnight Mr. Edward Rest Easy, we will see you in the morning. 

Guests are welcomed at the residence located at 106 Fisher Dr. Goldsboro, NC, where they will assemble in preparation for the Prestigious Batchelor Brothers Ebony Motorcade.
