Mr. Keenan Winn “Mel”

With many mixed emotions and understandable broken hearts, the Batchelor Brothers Funeral Establishment joins with the family of Mr. Keenan Winn affectionally known as “Mel” as they prepare to say “Rest In Peace”. Mr. Winn transitioned from this life on Friday, October 21, 2022 at Atrium Health Wake Forest Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC.

Celebration of Life events will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2022 beginning with a public visitation at Batchelor Brothers Funeral Establishment between the hour of 4pm and 7pm. A formal Service of Remembrance will be held on Friday, October 28, 2022 at 1pm at God’s House of Prayer of Goldsboro. Immediately following the services in the sanctuary, Keenan along with his adored family will be escorted to Wayne Memorial Park in Dudley, NC for Interment Rites. 

Boyz to Men said it best when they put pen to parchment and wrote these heart felt lyrics: " How does this family say goodbye to what they had; the good times that made those special to Keenan laugh, will always outweigh the bad; his mother, father siblings, family and friends thought they’d get to see forever, but since this past Friday forever has gone away.....it’s so hard to say goodbye to yesterday”  

Loving memories will forever be cherished by his parents: Henry and Shelia Winn; two children: Nevaeh Winn and Keena Winn; three sisters: Crystal Crawford, Shonnell Winn and Latoya Bush; three brothers: Damien Reid, Brandon Graham and ToMarcus Reid and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins other relatives and friends. 

Guests are being received at the residence located at 211 Glenwood Trl., Goldsboro,NC where they will also assemble in preparation for the Prestigious Batchelor Brothers Motorcade.
