Heartfelt Life Remembering Services have been planned by Mr. Cox’s family and will proceed thusly. On Monday, October 16, 2023, beginning at 11am, a sentimental “So Long” Celebration will be held at Wayne Memorial Park North in Dudley, NC. This will be a very solemn day for those close to Marshall, however, all can find comfort knowing that after every dark cloud the sun will surely shine again.
