Mrs. Deana S. Newsome

With sincere compassion and dedicated care, the Batchelor Brothers Family has been given the responsibility to announce that Mrs. Deana S. Newsome has transitioned from this life to life eternal as of February 8, 2024. 

The services have been methodically arranged in an order that those special to Mrs. Newsome  and her adored family can take part. Commencing on Saturday, February 17, 2024, between the moments of 10am and 11am, a time of visitation and reflection will be held in the Batchelor Brothers Life Celebration Chapel in Goldsboro, NC as Mrs. Newsome rests in peaceful repose. A Loving Farewell Service will be called to order following the visitation at 11am also in the Life Celebration Chapel on the Batchelor Brothers campus. After which, Mrs. Deana’s mortal remains along with her adored family will be escorted to Wayne Memorial Park South in Dudley, NC for interment rites. Yes, this is as far as Mrs. Newsome’s relatives can trod with her on this side of eternity, however, John the Revelator has sent good news to Mrs. Deana’s loving family when he wrote, “And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes, and they shall be no more death neither sorrow because the former things have passed away.” Let the church say......... Amen. 

Guests are being accepted at 202 Sami St. Goldsboro, NC where they will also assemble in preparation for the Prestigious Batchelor Brothers Ebony Motorcade.
