Mrs. Dorothy Alexander

With an abundance of love and concern, the E.M. Matthews Funeral Establishment Family is embracing the loved ones of Mrs. Dorothy Alexander, as they prepare to say “Farewell” to a link to their family chain. Mrs. Alexander closed the curtains on this journey called life on Saturday, March 1, 2025, while resting at ECU Health Duplin in Kenansville, NC.

Events to commemorate impact she made on the “dash” of her life have been finalized by her beloved family. Beginning promptly on Saturday March 8, 2025 at 1pm, a Triumphant Farewell ceremony will be called to order at First Baptist Church located at 9284 Turkey Hwy in Turkey, NC. As difficult as this task will be for Mrs. Alexander's family, all can find solace knowing that just as God Himself provided a ram in the thicket for Abraham and Isaac on Mt. Moriah, He will provide comfort to each broken heart Himself from losing this precious gem from their generational lineage.
