Mrs. Edith Mercer

In extreme sorrow, the staff of Batchelor Brothers Funeral Establishment are embracing the tender hearts of the family of Mrs. Edith Mercer. Mrs. Mercer received her angelic wings on Friday afternoon, January 20, 2023 at UNC Wayne Health in Goldsboro, NC.

Services to commemorate Mrs. Mercer’s life, will begin with a public visitation on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 between the hour of 11am to 12noon in the funeral home chapel. A Service of Remembrance will commence at 12noon also in the Life Celebration Chapel on the campus of Batchelor Brothers Funeral Establishment . Following the life honoring services in the chapel, Mrs. Mercer’s delicate vessel along with her adored family, will be escorted to her earthly resting place in the Evergreen Cemetery for interment rites. Although this is a task that no family wishes to partake, God promised to give them a strength that surpasses all understanding and He can do what no other power can do.
