Mrs. Davis, retired from life’s fitful fevers and reunited with her husband Willie “Baby Ray” Davis on Sunday, June 15, 2025 in Winston-Salem, NC.
The Obsequies for Mrs. Davis will begin on Saturday, June 28, 2025 with a public visitation between the hour of 11am and 12noon in the main sanctuary of Freedom Baptist Church in Winston-Salem, NC. The Triumphant Life and Legacy Celebration will be called to order at 12noon also at Freedom Baptist Church. The Compassionate Professionals E.M. Matthews will climax the celebrating events by escorting Mrs. Davis delicate temple along with her adored relatives and friends, to Piedmont Memorial Garden in Winston-Salem, NC, where there will be an elegant and intimate commital service by the graveside. It will be in this designated location that Mrs. Davis will remain, until Gabriel blows his trumpet and the King of Kings descends from Heaven, with one foot on the celestial seas and one foot on a crimson cloud, commanding all of His beloved children to enter into their mansion beyond the skies.
Guests are being received at the residence located at 1453 E. Sedgefield Dr. St. Winston-Salem, NC, where they will also assemble for the Prestigious E.M. Matthews Motorcade.
