Ms. Akeisha Gray

With an abundance of love and concern, the E.M. Matthews Family is embracing the heartbroken loved ones of Ms. Akeisha Danielle Gray, as they prepare to say “Farewell” to this precious jewel. Ms. Gray closed the curtains on this journey called life on November 19, 2025, at UNC Health in Chapel Hill, NC.

On Wednesday, December 3, 2025 beginning at 1pm a Service of Remembrance will begin in the E.M. Matthews Life Celebration Chapel. It is during these times, that all who gather can embrace each other, realizing that God is still in charge and He will heal all broken hearts from this tremendous loss. The Bible teaches us that the strong shall bare the infirmities of the weak, therefore every person that steps through the threshold on that day to support this heartbroken family, will take a piece of the load from Ms. Gray’s loved ones, therefore helping them begin to heal.
