Ms. Joyce Martin

Bowing in humbled submission to the will of the Master Architect God our Father, it has become the solemn responsibility of the Batchelor Brothers Funeral Establishment family to inform all, that Ms. Joyce Martin is now resting in paradise. Ms. Martin put down the cares of this life on Saturday, July 1, 2023, while resting in Kitty Askins Hospice in Goldsboro, NC.

Services to honor this radiant gem will begin on Sunday, July 9, 2023 with hours of visiting and reflecting from 4pm until 6pm, as Ms. Martin lies in peaceful repose in Life Celebration Chapel on the Batchelor Brothers campus in Goldsboro, NC. Events will climax on Monday, July 10, 2023 commencing at 2pm as a Triumphant Celebration of Life Ceremony comes forth at Elm Grove Church Ministries in Pikeville, NC. Following the services in the house of worship, Ms. Martin’s delicate vessel along with her adored family, will be escorted to Golden Gate Cemetery in Pikeville, NC for Committal Rites. As difficult as it will be for Joyce’s family to cope and continue this walk of life without her, all will find solace knowing she is in that land where there is a tree and its leaves are good for the healing of all infirmities. There, Ms. Martin is resting by the brook flowing with living water, forever resting in eternal splendor.

The family is receiving guests at 311 Randall Pl. Apt. A Goldsboro, NC, where they will also assemble in preparation for the Prestigious Batchelor Brothers Ebony Motorcade.
