Rev. Rhonda S. Wiggins Coley

The moment has come and the E.M. Matthews Funeral Establishment Family has been given the solemn duty to announce that Rev. Rhonda S. Wiggins Coley is no longer troubled with the cares of this world but she is now resting among the Heavenly Host. Rev. Coley began her life of everlasting peace on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at UNC Wayne in Goldsboro, NC 

Moments of Reflection have been allotted on Saturday morning, January 18, 2025, between the moments of 10 am and 11 am, in the main sanctuary on the premises of Best Grove Missionary Baptist Church located at 1065 Tommys Road in Goldsboro, NC. During this time, family and visitors can reminisce on yesterday and embrace everlasting memories, while beginning the healing process as a result of this tremendous loss. A Service of Remembrance will be held promptly beginning at 11 AM also at Best Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Following the formalities on Saturday in the sanctuary, Rev. Coley’s earthen vessel and her heartbroken family will be escorted to Old Mill Cemetery in Goldsboro, NC for Interment Rites. Although Rev. Coley closed the drapes on this daily walk called life, those whom she loved and loved her can find solace knowing she has walked into the Garden of Rest, where every day is as peaceful and beautiful as a bright Sunday morning and the sunlight brightens the day from the rays of our Heavenly Father.
